Benedetto, of Benergy Healing, informally began their healer’s journey at a young age through intuitive, hands-on healing, and formally with Reiki training and certification in 2016. 

Since 2016, with great reverence, Benedetto has expanded their energy healing practices by integrating methods and tools from their lineage, intuition, shamanic training, and studies; offering a service that is aligned, unique, and powerful.

Treat yourself to a relaxing Benergy Sound Bath experience. With over 20 crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramids, brass zen bowls, rattles, drums and bells; guided by Benedetto’s gentle words, prayers, and wisdom; you will experience a blissful journey into a deep state of meditation and energy balancing. Benergy Healing has been offering Sound Bath events and retreats since 2018 in Washington, Illinois, North Carolina, Hawaii, and Oregon! Move into balance and empower your energy with Qigong classes. Qigong [chee-gong] is an ancient Chinese gentle moving meditation paired with breath-work to cultivate and move energy. Benedetto has been studying Qigong since 2017, and is certified to teach through the Supreme Science Qigong Center. Benedetto is also certified to teach Yoga, through Yoga Fit. Currently offering Qigong classes every Monday 5:30p, or by appointment, at Grateful Rain, Astoria, and a monthly class, Benergy Movement + Sound, at The Astoria Arts and Movement Center, on the second Friday 6-8p.
